WHO: Open to girls (2005 - 2009 years old) with a desire to improve, learn, compete and have fun.

 

WHAT: Learn essential offensive / defensive guard and forward skills to help you succeed at the next level. Learn to score from all positions on the floor. Skills include: shooting, ball handling, passing, scoring without ball. Learn how to integrate all skills in 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3 situations and competitions. Give the athletes the purpose of the skill in order to ignite the desire to develop the skill further and apply it in games.

• Developing hand-eye coordination and quickness

• Learning to be a play-maker without the ball

• Understanding timing and spacing on the court

• Minimizing unnecessary turnovers
